Innovative hub design

The aluminium hubs of the Controlflex Splus are designed as backlash-free clamp hubs for zero-backlash transmission. The newly-developed innovative hub design - European Design Protection - underlines the further minimisation of the moment of inertia. Compared to conventional hubs, this design reduces the moment of inertia by an additional 15%.
Two hub versions have been designed to enable adaptation to the respective application requirements. Version SI with offset hubs offers the smallest possible moment of inertia.
The clamp version SK has been developed to accommodate large shaft diameters and puts an emphasis on extremely compact dimensions.
